1512 Techno-entrepreneurship Capital Support Program

The aim of the program is to support the process from the idea stage to start-up, so that technology and innovation-oriented business ideas can turn into enterprises with a high potential to create qualified employment. Tübitak constitutes the application steps in 3 stages in line with its goals. The stages are as follows:

Stage 1: is the stage where entrepreneurs present their business ideas to the implementing organizations (you can find the closest organization to you on the official TUBITAK page), evaluating the business ideas of the implementing agency, and providing accelerator services to entrepreneurs for business ideas with high potential. At this stage, the Implementing Organizations, which provide support to entrepreneurs such as mentoring, creating cooperation networks, and training, carry out technical and commercial verification studies in the process of transforming the business idea into a business plan. The business plan specified in the Stage 1 techno-entrepreneurship capital support call must be completed by the application deadline.

Stage 2: This stage begins with the evaluation of the business plans within the framework of the Application Principles. As a result of the evaluation, the entrepreneur is asked to establish a company suitable for the conditions of establishment within a certain period of time for the business plans that are deemed suitable for support. After signing a contract between TÜBİTAK and the enterprise, a capital support of up to 200 thousand TL can be provided to the organization in the form of a grant.

Stage 3: The 3rd stage starts when the enterprise prepares a project proposal, applies to the TÜBİTAK SME R&D Start Support Program and evaluates the project in line with the conditions in accordance with this program. At this stage, activities such as design, improvements, trials and field tests are carried out. In this context, the provisions of the Implementation Principles of TUBITAK SME R&D Startup Support Program are applied in the process of supporting, monitoring and finalizing the projects.

Business idea applications will be received by 63 Implementing Agencies between 28 December 2020 and 31 March 2021.
